Our baby is a….

BOY!

 

And there is NO doubt about it!

We’d like to introduce you to our adorable baby boy:

 

Benjamin Glenn Aulds

 

It’s true we assumed we would be having another girl, but over the last month I had begun to catch myself thinking ‘he’ a lot. I’m going to have a lot of baby girl stuff for sale so I can buy cute baby boy clothes and I’m not sure what to do about my bright pink Pack-n-Play but other than that I’m pretty excited about having another boy. Also, honestly, and you’ll laugh at me, I’m a little relieved to never have to worry about one of my girls being the ‘pretty one’ in anyone’s mind. LOL Tori is our princess and I am so good with that! I love raising boys!

I am dying to get on amazon and look through all the little boy room stuff and decide on a room palate and start searching craigslist for a dark wood changer/dresser and crib! I also get to buy a bunch of baby boy cloth diapers and there are some REALLY cute ones on the Sunbaby site. ;)

Once I knew for sure that he’s a boy I wouldn’t have changed it for anything, so for anyone that’s worried about me- you know I’d tell you the truth. God always knows- I thought I would want another daughter but once I knew he was a boy I just started getting more and more excited!

We can’t wait for July to come so we can meet our son!

    Mel,

    I was thinking how neat it would be for your two little girls, so close in age, to grow up together; so, in all honesty, I was kinda hoping you’d announce a girlie name. BUT, as soon as I read your baby boy announcement, I immediately thought of my Teighlor and Alec … only 17-months apart, and at 17 and 15, they really are best friends. I’m thinking Tori and Benjamin will be very much the same.

    How exciting. Baby boys are so fun, and a solitary princess is also very good. We feel the same way about having our one girl amongst the boys. Congratulations….
